Payment, cancellation and pickup
Do I pay when I book?
No. On most experiences you reserve now and pay the operator on the day, in cash or by card. Anything requiring prepayment says so clearly on its booking page before you confirm.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Experiences marked "Free cancellation" can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time at no cost. Your confirmation email and the booking page both show the exact deadline for your reservation.
Is hotel pickup included?
Most day trips include hotel pickup and drop-off within the resort area, and the experience page lists this under what is included. Add your hotel name when you book so the operator knows where to collect you.
Who runs the tours?
Every experience is operated by a licensed local agency, not by Maxtoria. We list their rating and customer reviews on each page so you can see the record of the company you are booking with.
What currency am I charged in?
Prices are displayed in the currency you select in the header. Payment on the day is taken in Turkish lira or in the currency the operator accepts, at the rate shown on your booking.
