Land of Legends Theme Park Guide: Rides, Water Park, Tickets and Tips

Plan a day at the Land of Legends theme park in Belek: coasters, the water park, Dolphin Land, what tickets include, what to bring and day trips with transfer.

The Land of Legends in Belek is the largest theme park on the Antalya coast. It combines roller coasters, one of the region's biggest water parks, Nickelodeon-themed areas for younger children and a dolphin show, all in one day out. This guide covers what is inside the park, how tickets and extras work, what a typical day looks like, and how to get there from your hotel.

Looking for the evening shows? The free boat parade and fountain shows around Shopping Avenue are covered in our separate guide to the Land of Legends night show.

Where Is the Land of Legends?

The park is in Kadriye, in the Belek resort area, about 40 minutes' drive east of Antalya city. The complex also includes Shopping Avenue, an outdoor shopping street, and resort hotels. You need a ticket for the theme park itself, but not for Shopping Avenue.

What Is Inside the Theme Park?

The park is divided into themed "lands":

  • Adventure Land: the big rides. The headline is the Hyper Coaster, around 62 m high, alongside the Typhoon Coaster and a family coaster for younger riders.

  • Aqua Land: the water park, with dozens of slides from gentle family runs to steep drops, plus pools.

  • WaterFly: a newer water-slide complex, open from the 2026 season.

  • Tropic Lagoon: a pool area for a slower pace between rides.

  • Nickelodeon Land and Masha and the Bear: character-themed rides and play areas aimed at younger children.

  • Dolphin Land: a dolphin show, plus paid extras such as swimming with dolphins.

Good to know: some rides and slides have height or health restrictions, and the water areas are seasonal. Check the park's current opening dates if you are travelling outside summer.

Tickets: What Is Included and What Costs Extra

A standard theme park ticket covers entry to the park and access to the standard rides and water slides. Several things are paid separately:

  • Dolphin experiences: the dolphin show is part of the park programme, but swimming with or meeting the dolphins costs extra and has its own age limits.

  • Fast-track passes to skip ride queues.

  • Lockers and cabanas.

  • Food, drinks and photos.

The park also sells a Sunset Pass for late-afternoon entry, a cheaper option if you only want a few hours. For a full day, arrive at opening time: queues for the big coasters and slides grow through the morning.

How to Plan Your Day

  1. Arrive at opening and collect your wristband. It also works as your payment method inside the park.

  2. Water park in the morning, before the slide queues build.

  3. Coasters and big rides late morning.

  4. Lunch at one of the park restaurants.

  5. Afternoon: children's areas, the dolphin show (check the show times on the day) and any rides you missed.

If you want to stay for the free evening shows on Shopping Avenue, see the night show guide.

Is the Land of Legends Good for Children?

Yes. It is one of the most family-oriented days out on the coast. Younger children have their own Nickelodeon and Masha and the Bear areas and family slides, while older children and teenagers head for the coasters and big slides.

  • Supervision: children under 12 need to be supervised by an adult.

  • Babies: infants need proper swim nappies in the pools.

  • Height limits: these apply on the bigger rides, so check before promising a particular coaster.

What to Bring

  • Passport or ID, which is required at the entrance.

  • Swimwear, which is required in the pool and slide areas, plus a towel.

  • Sunscreen, a hat and water shoes for hot paving.

  • A card or cash to top up your wristband. Outside food is not allowed.

  • A waterproof pouch for your phone.

How to Get There with a Day Trip

The easiest option is a day trip that includes your ticket and return hotel transfers:

Both include the park entry ticket and return transfers, can be paid on the day, and have free cancellation up to 24 hours before. See all options under Land of Legends tours from Antalya.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Land of Legends a water park or a theme park?

Both. One ticket covers the theme park rides and the water park areas, including Aqua Land and its slides.

Is the dolphin show included?

The dolphin show is part of the park programme. Swimming with or meeting the dolphins costs extra.

Can I bring my own food?

No. Outside food is not allowed, but there are several restaurants and cafés inside the park.

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes. A passport or ID is required at the entrance.

Is the water park open all year?

The water areas are seasonal. If you are visiting outside the summer season, check the park's opening dates.
