About this activity
A Private Transfer Between the Airport and Your Hotel
This is a private one-way transfer between Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport and a hotel on the European side of the city. A driver is assigned to you alone so there is no shared shuttle and no waiting for other passengers.
Meet and Greet on Arrival
On arrival a member of the team waits for you in the terminal and walks you to your vehicle. Flight times are tracked so a delayed landing does not cost you your transfer and the waiting time at the airport runs to an hour and a half after the aircraft actually touches down.
The Vehicle
A suitable private vehicle is assigned according to the number of passengers booked. The Mercedes V-Class Vito carries one to five passengers and the Mercedes Sprinter carries up to fifteen. Every vehicle is air-conditioned.
Departure Transfers
For the journey back the pickup time is set four hours before your scheduled flight so that Istanbul traffic and airport procedures are comfortably absorbed. The same meet and greet service applies in reverse.

Share your airline flight number arrival time hotel name and hotel address when booking. Some hotels in Istanbul sit inside pedestrian zones that are closed to traffic so the driver may arrange the nearest accessible meeting point with you.
