This is a full day in the water off the Side coast for one clear price. You sail out of Side Harbour with a licensed dive team, go under twice at two different sites and come back with a hot meal already behind you. Everything a first dive needs is handed to you on deck.

What the Price Actually Covers

Side scuba diving here is sold as one ticket rather than a base rate with charges bolted on afterwards. Two dives, the instructor who stays beside you, the full set of equipment, the hot lunch and the hotel shuttle in both directions are all inside that figure. Nothing on the boat is compulsory to pay for, so the price you book at is the price of your day.

First Dive Over the Reef

The opening descent runs to about five metres over a stretch of reef that behaves like a natural aquarium. Bream and wrasse come in close, visibility in this part of the Mediterranean is generous, and the shallow depth lets a complete beginner get used to breathing through a regulator without pressure. Your instructor holds contact throughout.

Lunch Served on Deck

Between dives the crew serves a cooked meal on board with a seasonal salad alongside it. It is part of the ticket and not a menu you order from, which removes the usual midday spend from a day trip. The long surface interval that follows is also what the dive tables require before going down a second time.

Second Dive at the Side Underwater Museum

The afternoon site is the sculpture park that sits on the seabed off Side, where more than a hundred figures have been placed to grow reef. Depths run roughly from five to twelve metres. Certified divers can be taken deeper and longer by arrangement with the guide on the day, while newcomers stay in the shallower section of the same museum.

Beginners and Certified Divers Together

No licence and no previous dive are needed. Training is given on board before anyone enters the water and the instructor works one to one underwater, which is also why non-swimmers are able to take part. Guests who already hold a certification join the same boat and are grouped separately once the plan is set.

Hotel Pickup and Return Times

The 09:30 shown against this activity is when the day starts at the harbour, not when the minibus reaches your door. Pickup runs earlier and is set once your booking is in, because it follows the shuttle route through the Side hotels. The same applies in reverse at the end of the day.
